The Asics Blade FF is being replaced by the Asics Blade FF 2 in 2025.
Just spotted the Asics Blade FF. This looks like the successor to the Asics Gel Blade 8. A before-and-after comparison is below (the Blade FF is on the left).
Seems Asics has moved on from the “Gel” cushioning in the prior models and introduced “FlyteFoam” going forward (that’s what the FF stands for). This is their latest cushioning that’s supposed to be lighter, for the same amount of cushioning.
