Reviews
My review is here. Love this racket, especially with the Tecnifibre 305 green I tried it with.

Thanks to Jard and Lloyd for the tips!
Check out this red version I spotted at RacquetGuys. It looks like just a computer mockup, not the actual product photo, but still it looks dope:

Hi,
Love this racket, has anyone played around with using different strings? I used to play with a black knight C2C and it had Ashaway PowerNick 18 in it. I am thinking of putting these in my Carboflex 130 x speed. thoughts? much comparison done between the Ashaway PowerNick 18 vs Tecnifibre DNAMX 1.2 mm Strings?

I just bought the x-speed 130, and I am delighted with it.
After using the Carboflex 125S for three years, I bought the new x-speed 125 thinking it would be similar but I found it very different. It felt headlight, and I struggled to generate much power from it. Fortunately, I was able to sell the x-speed 125 and then tested the x-speed 130 which I was much happier to buy and use instead.
To me, the x-speed 130 compares a little closer to the 125s, but I feel far more vibration with this generation of Carboflex rackets.

I’ve also played with the 125S, X-Speed 125 and X-Speed 130 and agree with you.
The X-Speed 125 is both more head-light and lighter overall than the 125S. Quicker and whippier. The X-Speed 130 is much closer, albeit slightly more head-heavy than the 125S. Good pace and weight of shot, as long as the racquet isn’t overly heavy – I have seen them weight anywhere from 153g to 162g, and 155g-ish is about right.

I have been using the 130S since it came out (about 2 years ago) and really enjoyed the head-heavy balance and the solid feel. However, having played with the X-Speed for a bit now, it is definitely more even to head-light balanced than the 130S. I will probably stay with the old ones.
