Racket Info

Weight: Light (120 grams)
Balance: Head-heavy (37 cm)
Head Size: Large (497 sq cm)
String Pattern: 12 x 18

This is a pretty light racket at 120 grams. It used to be played by Jaclyn Hawkes, a top-20 player from New Zealand. It’s also advertised as having “linear geometry”, which I assume means it has three or more atoms placed at an expected bond angle of 180°.

I also love this racket and can’t find a replacement. I bought one of Amazon but it is noticeably heavier . The font was a little different and the seller said it might have been a 2013 model. Mine is the original 2012 model. I also tried the n120 and it too is heavier. Maybe I will try the One.20 suggested earlier?!

Tempest 120, ONE.20, and n120 are almost identical 3 rackets by wilson. Don’t use strings thinner than 1.20mm as you could sacrifice strings when miss-hitting the ball near the head.

Love this racket but need a replacement. Can you suggest any? Bought the Hammer lite but it is nothing like this awesome racket.
