These are the Adidas Ambition VII shoes. These are usually marketed to tennis players, but I’ve started tracking them ever since Ramy Ashour wore a previous version of these shoes – the Adidas Ambition Stripes V – in the course of winning the 2012 El Gouna Open.

These were a bit difficult to find for sale, but here’s a couple options:
