I bought a red pair of Stabil 6 in 2004/5 and it is the best shoe I have ever had! I played 3 hard years with them and it was sadly time to change but an injury delayed the process. It looked like the time off did my shoes good, because they felt soft again afterwards and I continued to play with them. Eventually I did get another pair of shoes and again after they got hard I turned back to my ‘old and faithful’. In 2011 I bought the Stabil 5, until now I didn’t realize it is an older model, I was too glad to find another pair of Stabil shoes in South Africa! They were OK for a while, but once again I am back playing in my red (slightly torn, ripped and glued) Stabil 6 shoes!
