Harrow Breeze
This is an indoor court shoe. Looks pretty similar to some of Harrow’s older models. I like the color combo on this. Thanks Stephan for the tip.

This one appears to have been released a while back (since Harrow is starting to have low stock). Here’s the full blurb from Harrow. Looks like this can work either indoors or outdoors.
