Product Notes

This is a new Head squash racket for 2017, part of the Head Speed series.

There’s also a 120-gram version of this frame called the Head Speed 120 SB, as well as a “non-Slimbody” version called the Head Graphene Touch Speed 135.

This racket can be strung in the conventional way pictured above, or in the alternate AFP (Adaptive Fan Pattern) layout.

Nick from SmartRacquet.co.uk sent in a picture of this racket strung the AFP way:

  1. Joelle King win with this racket hong kong open 2018.

    1. Does anyone know which string she plays with and tension? It looks like either Ashaway powernick 18 or Technifibre x one bi phase?Would love to know as most players on world tour seem to prefer Technifibre green 1.1mm/18g

      1. Joelle uses Powernick 18 at 28lbs

        1. Thanks for the info on strings

  2. Is Nour El Tayeb using this racquet in the Tournament of Champions? Her racquet looks ‘no-name’ – all black and no visible string markings.

  4. Anyone using this or tried it?

    1. Really nice racket. Noticeably head light. Love the manouverability of it. Struggling a little as I’m getting through my shots too quick. If I slow down the swing, then don’t tend to get the length. Definitely shortcomings with my skill rather than the racket.
