This is called the Head YouTek IG Tour 120. The IG stands for Innegra, one of Head’s older branded racket technologies.
This is a custom frame that’s only available at Sweatband in the UK. It looks like it’s based off the Head Cyano 115 / Cyano 120 / etc. designs.
At this moment (Jan 2017) Sweatband has this on sale for £55.50, which seems like a pretty sweet deal.
