The Salming Recoil Kobra seems to be Salming’s 2022 upgrade of the Salming Kobra 3.

Here’s a side-by-side comparison between the Kobra 3 (on the left) and the Salming Recoil Kobra (on the right). Looks like the sole is pretty similar across both shoes but they’ve made changes to the upper material.

Salming used to be known for loud, eye-catching designs, but in recent years they’ve been moving away from that. These Recoil Kobras are quite tame by comparison.

It’s been a while since Salming put out new Kobras and I think a lot of Kobra fans will be happy to see these back on the market. They are known as being quite comfortable and needing very little break-in.
