Product Notes

Yup so this is the 2015 version of the Tecnifibre Carboflex 130, which was a racket I really liked. The new version is the same weight and string pattern, but possibly a teensy bit heady-heavier, as the prior version was listed as a 35.5 cm balance point.

Related rackets: Tecnifibre Carboflex 125 S and Tecnifibre Carboflex 135 S.

    Hey,
I just bought the 130 S model and the balance is written to be 355mm (while the balance was advertised to be 365mm on the website where I bought the racket).
Does anyone know if there are two versions of this racket available as I tested the same model, which was stated to be balanced at 365mm and also had a removable bumper.

I have this racquet and I’ve been very impressed with it. Very solid stick in and out. The feel of every hit.. is just so solid. Very confidence inspiring. I am new to squash and just got this racket as well as the new Pro Airstick 550 from Prince, and as much as I love Prince …(I come from a tennis background and used Prince) I keep finding myself choosing the Carboflex from my bag to play with. Very well worth the money.

The Carboflexes definitely feel super solid. I am testing the X-Speed range now and it’s the same thing

    Hi,

We just received the full range of the Carboflex S series, including the 130S model.

Besides the great cosmetics this frame features the custom fit bumper that is removable when restringing. Will be interesting to see how this performs on the court and will be taking it out shortly to playtest.

    Check it out at:

    Cheers,

What will be the effect if 130S is slightly head heavy. One of the main attributes of old Carboflex 130 was manoeverability. Technifibre is definitely trying to sell more 125 vs. 130
