Adidas Crazyflight is a line of volleyball shoes made by Adidas. They are non-marking shoes acceptable for indoor court sports. This is a roundup page of the three different Crazyflight models available from Adidas.
There are currently three sub-brands in the Crazyflight line, each at different price points.
The 2019 models of these shoes are all initially available in subdued, classy black and white colors. The prior versions had more vibrant colors, but I guess Adidas wanted to get back to basics this year.
Here’s a photo of the 2019 models side by side. As you can see they look pretty similar but have small variations. Adidas doesn’t provide much information on how exactly these shoes are different, and I haven’t been able to try any of them myself.
I have been posting the Crazyflight models on Squash Source because they are non-marking. So they would be suitable for squash in that sense, but the fact is I haven’t seen any squash players actually using these shoes. I don’t know if they would be durable enough to withstand the foot-drag that is common in squash. If you’ve tried these shoes for squash, please leave some feedback in the comments section below.
Adidas Crazyflight X
The most expensive shoe in the Crazyflight range is called the Crazyflight X.
The 2019 version of the X is called the Crazyflight X 3. They have men’s and women’s sizes in simple black and white colors, and in regular and mid-top cuts.
Adidas Crazyflight Bounce
The mid-price shoe in the Crazyflight range is called the Crazyflight Bounce.
The 2019 version of the shoe is called the Adidas Crazyflight Bounce 3:
Adidas Crazyflight Team
The lowest-price model in this range is the Crazyflight Team. The team shoes don’t get version numbers, they’re just called Team.
Once again, the current models come only in black and white, for the time being anyway:
