He’s got a new racket — he’s switched to the Head Graphene Xenon 135.
He’s also got some relatively new shoes. He’s sporting the Adidas Adipower Stabil 10.1.

Mohamed El Shorbagy won the 2013 Qatar Classic — his first major PSA tournament victory — beating Nick Matthew in a tense 5 gamer.

Here are a few players that changed equipment since the World Championships.
- Nick Matthew is wearing the newest Hi-Tec Infinity Flares. He’s been promoting these for a while, but rarely worn them in competition. Prior to this he was wearing the Hi-Tec S701s.
- Omar Mosaad switched from the Asics Gel Blast 4 to the Asics Gel Blast 5.
- Tarek Momen switched from the Asics Gel Blade 3 to the Adidas Court Stabil 10.1 in a sweet new black color.
