I really like this new shoe, the Adidas BT Boom, which I’ve never seen before. It comes in this cool black and yellow color scheme. And when people see you wearing these and they’re like, “What shoe is that?”, you just turn your head slowly to look them in the eye, pause, and shout “BOOM!”.
Here are the Adidas Essence 10 shoes in yellow. I like the yellow look. You can also find this yellow and blue style in the Adidas Court Stabil 10 range (a bit higher-priced) and the Adidas Adipower Stabil 10 shoes (the top of the Adidas range).

Alright, I saw yet another kid wearing these today and I must post about them. When I look at the picture, the design seems over the top. When you see them in person, they definitely stand out, but it’s not excessive. They just look a bit funky.
KIDS THESE DAYS!!!!!
Sorry, don’t know where that came from.

Do you like yellow? I like yellow. Bumblebees. Bananas. All that. When it comes to yellow, nothing appears yellower than the Asics Gel Extent in yellow. Actually wait — the product description for these shoes says the colors are “Lime/Black/White”. Now I don’t know what to think. I’ll just enjoy this daffodil.

I have really been enjoying my Adidas Adipower Stabil 10s. Looks like the ladies can now get in on the Stabil 10 fun with this women’s version of the shoe:

Squash Source has been doing his taxes and hasn’t had much time for new posts the last few days buuuut I did get a nice tip from @HitTheNick today about these Mizuno Wave Stealth 2′s and I thought I’d post them.

Well Squash Source is back from vacation in Florida and ready for action. Thought I’d start up a new category for Squash Grips. Personally I’ve always played with Tourna Grip, which was pretty fly back in the college days, much like my terrycloth headband, but I don’t see too many players using it today. Recently I got some tips from Chris and D on this HK Open post that most of the pro players are using either Karakal or Pointfore grips. I haven’t tried either of these directly but I will make it a point to give them a whirl.
Anyway here are some places to buy the Karakal PU Super Grip. What’s the PU for, you ask? Polyurethane? Pathetic Uncle? It’s one of those, but I’m not telling you which. I will tell you one more clue: these grips are Super Tacky.

Well here’s the Harrow Custom Vibe squash racket. This guy weighs in at 125 grams unstrung, and is supposed to have an even balance point. That makes it a very light racket, though it’s a smidge heavier than the Harrow Custom Spark, which is advertised as 120 grams unstrung.
There’s also the same racket in this black version. I think this is the more recent paint job. This is what I’ve seen Chris Simpson use, for example at the HK Open:
